Traveling Maintenance Tech

We are currently seeking a team member to be on our Traveling Cap team in Orlando, Florida.

1. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
2. Complete turnover work in vacant apartments (paint, clean, maintenance items, etc.)
3. Be able to assist in special projects that are needed at a community. For example: electrical, HVAC, carpentry, key & lock, painting, landscaping, roofing, glass/window screen repair & replacement, appliance repair, etc.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses a high school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• 3-5 years experience required.
