Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for a Housekeeper for a luxury apartment community in Las Vegas, NV. The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the property.

Duties:

• Clean vacant apartments.

• Clean exterior and common areas.

• Ensure that “tour routes” look exemplary at all times

Compensation:

$16.00/hour

35% apartment discount where available.

Each person will also be responsible for the organizational duties, proper record keeping, good housekeeping, and maintaining safety in the work place.

Responsible for the proper operation of office equipment and/or maintenance tools and equipment.

Effectively communicating with residents, guests, vendors, management, and owners over the phone, in person and in writing.
